Honestly Baz, it's really horrendous. I got there this morning, Jodie, who took over from head receptionist Laura was off sick (which obviously isn't her fault)  but no one seems to know where things are or what to do

It really is, I would have them whipped into shape if I was there. There's no way I would've been allowed to get away with some of the stuff I have there if it was my last place

I'm allowed to see people's records which no way I should be (although I have a clear enhanced CRB/DBS check, but that's only up to 2012.  It was mentioned last year that a new one should be applied for. That's the last I've heard of it
