bazzy -doc just gave me Ibuprofen (can't take it)and said either  feel dopey or have the pain - oh and you can go to work because you teach in secondary -I  just stuck  a heatpad on

TBH mine's off at the minute but I can't remember when I decided to switch it off and keep it off

we keep it ticking over all year-it works out OK for us on a low setting in the summer

mine is Ros, but it won't come on because it's too warm in the house...I would have to switch it up to about 23

I love a roast dinner minus the meat
