no actually they didn't, because I had two boxes  they put the old one in the bedroom...until I complained and then I received one next day delivery  You will automatically get one Baz

you're entitled to a new box when you take out the multiscreen option...I can't remember how I ended up using my old one, but they sorted it

I told you that last night, although I didn't know your sky dish was the other side of the house...I'm seriously considering cancelling. I watch most things on line anyway, I need to look at broadband suppliers
