I like my own paninis but every now and again when I can't be harrased to make them I buy a cheese and tomato one from up the street but it's cheddar and really not the same

I can't eat blue cheese and I'm the opposite, I love cream cheese and don't like hard cheese. I don't like the dry texture in my mouth. Love cheddar melted though
