loads go from Southampton Pam, seems likely that's where she heading if she's getting up that early

Or she could be flying out to say the med and picking up a ship there ....quite a lot of them do it like that

Apparently, once you've done one you won't go back to the other kind of holidays, and to be honest I know a few peeps that have done a good few cruises.  My Aunty Pam's going on a river cruise shortly

love swimming, boats are another thing....it's like food poisoning only ten times worse

its not the movement as such  just being organised like Butlins on water and no personal space

I think it depends on what kind of cruise holiday you go on and which ship/agency you pick by what I can gather

There are some ships that cater for the more 'mature' peeps and some that are 'family friendly'  If I went on a cruise, I know which ship I'd like to be on

but you're still stuck with the routine, I like to explore far too much. I love tenerife, sitting over the harbour enjoying a nice meal at night and a stroll....ships would bore me to death

I know someone who takes a walking frame on the cruise ship, he's not as mobile as he was due to a stroke he had when he was 26
