I would hate to pay the 48 quid though and I know some on our road pay it...and circumstances have led them not be able to move

two either side of me pays it...one with learning disabilities and Anne next door has to pay it because she's nowhere to store her hubby's oxygen tanks

well you know my thoughts on Tories..this one is taking into to a new level of workhouse status... I have been giving to the foodbank in Workington 

I gave something to one in Tesco at christmas -

i know a salvation army volunteer who gives out food provision and soup for the homeless - all time high and some walk 12 miles to get it
