I worked for years on security, which was shift work and never really got back to a "normal" sleep  pattern Sprouty

Super sunny and warm day here. A breeze getting up now I am pleased to say

Awww The tramadol should help My day was ok ....apart from a power cut this evening Not tackled tv yet ....cos was out in town this afternoon How was your day ? 

I went down to BHS today ...got lots of bargains , but was very sad

Hope so baz, she's been taking tramadol, but not the slow release ones.. I can't remember how long the initial pain lasted when I first got it, but it must have been a good couple of months or more...

My days been busy Baz, hardly slept and then Leanne ringing my phone at 8 this morning to tell me to open the door because she had forgotten her key,  by the time I took her home at lunchtime I was way behind with everything

we had a breeze Baz, but it was a warm breeze...I hung the sheets out and expected it to be chilly in the breeze...how wrong was I, it was really warm at 9 this morning

yes, I've been to pick her up at the station....all the way from Oz and it took her 8 hours to get from Manchester, bloody train ahead of them broke down at Lancaster...they had to be coached to Carlisle, Dolly said it was bedlam in Carlisle station
