Awww I'm going to be dashing around cos we are off the uncles again Wednesday ....got valuer coming in and also someone to view house ....although can't do anything until probate .....

Yes , it can be .....usually takes about 6 months ....start to finish ....that's what my dads took .....

Yes , it can be .....usually takes about 6 months ....start to finish ....that's what my dads took .....

took three months from probate to selling foruncles house

see, I can't understand 6 months...a will is supposed to make it simpler! A friend of mine lost her dad, no will and it took 10 weeks to sort...madness  

It's because you have to gather all the information about the assets .....which takes a while ....then apply for probate ....then actually get the assets and distribute them ...and if it's over ÂĢ325, 000 you need to also satisfy the tax man ......

like with the council -takes bliddy ages
