I don't know how people manage with those open plan kitchen /lounge / diners .......it would drive me nuts .....my dining room still smells from when we had dinner ....despite my Yankee candle and having left window open at the time !  I've now shoved some lavender oil on the pot pourri to try and get rid of it ....cue us all having headaches

I like dinner kitchens and the house before the last one was massive..I think it was 32' long...but I need a separate lounge, like you the smell would drive me nuts

Mine's not open plan but I live with the smells that emanate from the kitchen

I look worse without a two day trek to Oz and she's holding up in a bloody bar until 7.00am in the morning... although jet lag will help her and obviously Zeph can't keep up

can't imagine flying for 24 hours
