I nearly was I could see how it could help , but I needed to be 20 years younger

it's simpler just putting your foot on something really cold, works for calf cramps too 

I couldn't find the cable box control....I looked all round the room.....it's on the desk behind me laptop 

I ended up with Sam all day and probably tomorrow too...phone again at 8 this morning, it's doing my head in 

I'm catching up on FIAB .....there's a right plonker on it !!!!!
