Had a box replaced and new power supply yesterday.......then they suggested it was a telly fault (having to change between HDMI 1 and 2 before it kicks in) phoned John Lewis and they said retune..........done it now the bloody thing won't change channels on Cable!

I know my bruv buys her perfume every year Wozzer but I don't know what, and the kids have problems too
