yes -went to see son in durham and had an awful journey up this morning -it was awful - warmed up later

yes agree - we went over from Northumberland  to Carlisle passed Hadriens Wall -it would take that time to sprooty's at least for you - mind you the motorways M62 M6 and M60 are a bit hairy but direct

that's the way I go Ros...4 speed traps between Carlisle and Newcastle big roundabout  always use the tom-tom, that's a clever bugger it pings when the speed traps are in range

if you travelled the Carlisle road to Durham that's the road I am talking about Ros ..the one passing Hadrian's wall  Durham turn off is to the right on the big roundabout about 6 miles from Newcastle...you pass the the Metro and Angel of the North
