Have you emptied your house of visitors yet? Hope your day was good

Not quite, but I have sent them down the pub, so the house is quiet at last!!

Actually I'm not looking forward to them going ... I'm quite loving the noise and banter!

give it a week and you might change your mind  Although it took me a while to get used to my daughter not being here...still miss her at times

Well, I do admit that I am loving the peace atm! And it has cost me a fortune to feed eight visitors this weekend (although we will be living off the leftovers all week!)

I slept well last night, in fact I was raging when I looked at my watch and thought I would have another hour and realised I hadn't changed it  Weather is awful here, hailstones like flipping golf balls

Unbelievably easy! I absolutely love it, i have set myself a target of 11,000 steps a day

I can well imagine, when I have the three boys on Friday night...it's an expensive stay over

Lynds bought me one, not a fitbit and it's not arrived yet....but it's does the exact same thing as hers only a cheaper version  If it's fine I walk the long route to town around the river leading to the harbour and it's a round trip of about 4 miles...so I don't have to count steps

I do miles, steps and calories! I like to have all bases covered!
