Yes apparently you can link it to your tablet/I pad and it shows everything up there   you can even scan barcodes of food and it gives you the calorific values and info like that

I'm saying nowt!  and that said....for the price he prolly paid for it, it should take his temp 

I don't know which one Lynd's has...she did say and i knew the name and it could easily have been fitbit now I think, I'm not bothered to be honest, I just want to record my steps

Yes ...I've got a basic pedometer ....fiver ....but it has to be clipped to something around your waist ...which means I can't wear it in the evening ....plus the Fitbit tells you how far you've walked...and how may calories you've used  etc.
