Replacement pension papers arrived....it's dropped form 4k (what I had in) to just over 2k

I have no clue Pam...mine was higher
and the final figure on mine was the full total and then they took the tax off when they paid it into the bank...why don't you phone up, they are normally very helpful and by law they must explain.
