yes, cooking it twice and then storing it in a fridge in a sealed container is safe...if it's good enough for jamie Oliver ( can't stand him) it's good enough for me

Seriously. My auntie brought a bottle that was sposed to run out on 1st Jan. I was still having it in tea on the 11th. It finally went on that date though
