that's a very good point Baz..I do get out most days and do socialise. I use the internet at nights because I'm here on my own...until I came to live with my mother I rarely logged on at night times.

so do I -cuppa before anything must admit I don't bother much in the day when I am on hols-tend to read and potter or go shopping

I am going Baz honestly, but I'm convinced it is gallstones and I know they will put it off as long as they can...I'm not in any pain now, the acid is horrible though
