Maybe reboot Moons and see if it's got an update pending...although mine says I have the latest update. That was a good while ago, I fear they've stopped doing updates for it as it's an old model now

I think it's about deleting data Pam...I delete mine all the time  and updates are still available, it's the OS that gets updated not the phone and it;s now running on lollipop 5.1

I am having the same problem. I'm on 5.0 and I keep reading that 5.1 is out but not for the S4 yet

The OS gets updated not the phone, it is now operating on lollipop 5.1 which is the newest version...updates won't stop
