Yes I have to say I feel better already ...and only  been on it 3 weeks ....no more * uncomfortable *tummy ....and jeans are feeling a bit more comfortable

I don't eat salmon  I eat loads of salad and veg though, so it's not that expensive for me. Lynds keeps making batches of speed soup which is free to eat on slimmers world, so I have that at lunchtimes when she makes it

One in garden and huge one on the pavement
