spirits are ok Baz...but I also want to detox and lay off all booze to be honest. Plus, willpower goes out of the window after booze, there's only 66 cals in a vodka...so if you save your treats you can have a one night of three or four voddies. I'm trying to refrain completely for this month, although will have to break it on the 20th for one night only

Yeah , but I could have a couple of squares of chocolate for that

What i meant was give up on the booze and cut down not out on the food untill you get used to it 

I must admit I have to ease into it ....I gave up crisps etc. last week , then gradually cut out snacking ......cos with me it's really just a habit thing .....now I'm down to * true* diet mode .

I can't do it that way. it's all or nothing otherwise I would be back to everything after two days

and I got bored with BB years ago Ros, I wouldn't dream of watching it now...too much like Towie, Geordie Shore scripted stuff 

I'm only in there at the moment as I am on holiday, but I won't be sad when I can't watch. You are spot on Dame. BTW I never normally watch either.
