Flood defences just built in 2012 for a once in a lifetime flood...lasted  three years, it's pathetic

It was good thanks Dame .....he did some Xmas shopping ....and we had last lunch Think it was a break for him too ....been a pretty traumatic few weeks ...and probably worse to come
