I am on my feet all day on and off and up and down stairs and long corridors when I can  to go to the main office etc - but won't give in -

that's my limit now Ros, I can't do any higher  I don;t really like flat shoes much, I have to have some sort of heel. I bought a pair of River Island flat brogues in last years sale..bargain at ÂĢ20,,,I've worn them once

and me - find flat stuff difficult to wear - 3inches is fine -- saying that I have some ugg type boots which I lubb - they are like slippers
