if its a pub meal you don't have to do dressy dressy. Jeans and a nice sweater would be suffice 

But I don't possess (sp) even a going out sweater as I don't go out much. I know I don't have to do dressy, but the stuff I have, just has been seen too much

Just out for my dinner for my Birthday with auntie and uncle. Twas her birthday on Tuesday this week and her daughter in law's (my cousin - David's wife) on the 9th. They went out last Sunday for theirs.....it's my turn this week

I love boots...I'm obsessed  I can't wear anything over a 3 inch heel now because of my ankle  I have a lovely pair of stiletto three inch ankle books with a ruffled top  and I can manage them ok, anything over that and it kills my ankle

agree and I wear Jeans when I can - don't do dressy stuff much - Faculty do's tend to be after work for tea

yes - don't like really high heels for long though - love boots as well - got all lengths and styles - love jumpers and leggings with boots cos I tend to wear skirts and dressier jumpers/blouses for work

I don;t think I've worn a dress or skirt since I done my ankle Ros, I can't wear the shoes I like to do dressy, I tend to wear jeans or nights out linen pants with different jackets

I don;t think I've worn a dress or skirt since I done my ankle Ros, I can't wear the shoes I like to do dressy, I tend to wear jeans or nights out linen pants with different jackets 

I think the last time I wore a skirt was about 30/40 years ago

I am on my feet all day on and off and up and down stairs and long corridors when I can  to go to the main office etc - but won't give in -

I'm on my feet all day too. I really have to go for comfort
