My days been ok thanks, how was yours? 

Did you go to see your brother ? My day was ok ....although not enough slob bing as I would have liked !  

I did Baz, he enjoyed seeing the boys   I've done naff all this afternoon apart from slob and drink coffee  Tomorrow afternoon I'm out, it will be all guns blazing on Monday trying to catch up 

Awww Weather hasn't been too bad here today .....managed not to get wet in town  

chucked down here Baz, I had to drive through about a foot of water on the main road to get into the care home..Main route from Carlisle and the road for about a mile floods...madness

I did a bit of using the switchboard   Get more practice next week as one of the receptionists is on holiday and I'm sitting with the one from the other side of the building that takes over. More or less what I was doing otherwise though.

Only down point is meals. The 'Bistro' as they call it isn't very good and you can't take your own meals in there and it's hard to find somewhere to eat cos I'm not tied to a desk or tasks

And advisor didn't pick up my mail and i had to resend and wait back on Friday for her to contact me

so you can't eat your own sarnies  that's not good, do you get a meal allowance?

That's what I thought too  

Nope. Just have to eat where I can. It was a Mars Bar on Friday and had something more substantial when I came in.

It's the learners that are cooking the meals but Monday I had a tuna salad. They didn't drain the tuna   Thursday I had bacon egg and sausages. The sausages were frozen ones and weren't cooked and heated through properly  

it's really not on if people are forced to use the Bistro on 70 quid a week 

Yep, she had only looked at so many of her mails when she came back on Thursday and hadn't gotten to mine. I had to go after I finished at the placement
