My day was okay ta muchly 

Baz, they were all over Roux...they more or less said he was wrong, they have three choices. I don't want to jinx it, but if it's threw out I will eat hay with a horse.

1) deny the appeal

2) order a retrial

3) upgrade it to murder and back to the court for the right sentence

It was really interesting, the judges all asked loads of questions and said OP had no excuse to fire four shots into the toilet as he was not under threat. Roux got all screechy and blustery...but they didn't seem to be falling for it...  Keeps fingers crossed they don't get nobbled before the written judgement. 

Look that sounds hopeful ....fingers crossed I saw the pic of the judges glare  

My fingers and my brain are in synch tonight. What I type doesn't necessarily appear

consensus by all legal experts were very favorable for the sate...but we've been here before ...so

I just had my sis on the phone, sympathy  

it really was fascinating and was supposed to be about points of law and Masipa misinterpreting the law . Nel stuck to this, only slightly covered bits that Masipa ignored,,,Duvet, jeans, taking aim and firing in four different places. Roux went into a screechy high pitched plea...but he was scared, really scared..so he shot a door four times. Even the judge said it didn't matter who was behind the door, they were not threatening him.

and I have my cousin here and daughter here at teatime...one when the trial was on and the other when Four in a bed was about to start 

I text her earlier this evening , she's only just got back to me  

I just think the whole trial was a farce tbh. So much left out or misrepresented or dismissed as not applicable  

 But better late than ever
