I don't know everything about computers, although I'm not a nincompoop 

if you have done a complete reinstall they will be wiped, your hard drive will have been reformatted

on this computer it was...lappy no, the keyboard stopped working, think that's gonna have to go to the shop  although I have another four, but that's the new one  the others are slow and outdated
