I just use one spin speed for all my stuff ....I've not really got any delicates  

mine is tied in with the programme - so spin matches materials and wash

Ditto We had a different geography teacher every year for the fIve years at senior school ....and they all started the curriculum at the beginning ....so I knew and awful lot about Eskimoes and coal mining and not much else ,
