sunny most of the day here Ros...we had about 15 minutes of a dark cloud and a few spots of rain and then the sun came straight back out again...widest rainbow after it I have ever seen in my life...it was massive

Just the beds to make up before I pick Hoochie up on Saturday morning...will do it before I set off to pick her up in Carlisle when Mr Hoochie drops her off on the way to see his mum 

Long story...will try and cut it short. Google wouldn't work so I wanted to roll it back. I pressed the wrong selection and ended up taking it back too far )back to windows 8 when I bought it) Should've checked internet connection first cos that what it seems to have been    Now I've lost Avast AV details and Microsoft Office (although I've got the disc for Office so that's not so bad. 

Took ages to try and get it to some workable state...even then it's not right. I need to spend a day on it

just go back to factory settings, the more you fiddle the more you will muck up the registry 

nope...he's going to his mums until Monday...picking her up in Carlisle sometime Monday, but we're are staying in Carlisle Sunday night anyway

I did but I'm confused in my mind (don't ask).  I'll have another look in the next few days 

I'm going to try again over the next few days 

it should clear any faults if you just start from scratch and next time google doesn't work just uninstall it and install it again.. That's all I have ever done if google played up...and you could install AVG, it runs as good as avast 

that's what I would do...get rid of any crap and start from scratch

I tried to uninstall Google but it was saying it was already in use   

What I do know is my tablet and phone also wouldn't let me in to the Play Store although I was still playing games with Rexi and Baz  

That's when I decided to reset my hub today and Google seems to be working again. I need more time to figure out things 

I reset my lappy back to factory settings last week when I had nowt to do and no net...it's working like a dream  Now, if only I would use the bugger 

but you weren't using google to play words, just the wifi  maybe google lost the connection somehow if you had to reset the hub 

It all sounds very complicated By way, sorry I've been a bit hit and miss at games ....I've not been feeling very well the last couple of days ....

I've had about 12 years to get used to them...I kept buying the buggers even though I never liked them...give me my PC any day 

I've not played since this morning ....I felt ok when I first got up , but then I got really poorly ....and went back to bed until late afternoon . We were supposed to be going up to see uncle today or tomorrow , but have postponed until Saturday ....
