I've found out what is causing my morning dizzy spells Every morning when it's dry/fine weather I make a coffee and normally go out in the back garden for a breath of fresh air...but i sometimes feel dizzy after doing so...It dawned on me this morning, I keep looking up to check the clouds in the sky and it's affecting my neck
