you can make it yourself Ros, I can't remember the exact measurements.. I think it's 50% sunflower oil with 50% water. tell your workmates to save the sprays and make their own up

1 part olive oil (or your choice of oil)
5 parts water
1 misting spray bottle

Oh, ok. At the minute I'm using a bottle of Asda's olive oil so maybe I could do that  

all you need it a spray bottle and you're sorted  save you money and much better for you...oh and you wont make a mess...just cook the egg slowly and whip it over to cook the top
