no, she cried before she went in, cried the whole time she was in and was still crying on the phone at 5 tonight. She is so soft hearted, it's not the job for her.

The chemist put the wrong dosage on my brothers medication...he had ten times the normal dose, told us he was in the last stage Alzheimer's...9 days he had it and I doubt he will get back to the stage he was at...they have brought his death closer...the more this goes on the more I want to throttle someone

I'm going to ask Margaret if she can see if I can go to the meeting with her...I need to get this anger out Baz, He's not going to come back from this of that I'm sure

nope...mistake, but an awful one...inquiry is going on and a meeting arranged. He was 52 when he started with this and coped well, totally screwed his life span up
