yes, I noticed my ankle and knees are playing up more since I gained weight stopping smoking..I need it off

he was called randomly to docs last year -found high blood pressure and cholesterol-he was advised to lose weight -so he has porridge for brekki -sandwich for lunch and his tea -he cut out cakes biscuits crisps sweets and puddings -which he has stuck to -dropped 3 trouser sizes-for first 2 months did not eat anything fatty or chips - he now eats those but still keeping the weight off -he doesn't drink though

TBH -I think you have to find a diet that suits -I love potatoes so cut out bread biscuits -don't like chocolate or sweets- but like a cold lager to relax -just need to go back to the gym
