I changed mine mid week 

I do mine twice a week ....at least the sheet ....pillow cases every two days ...and duvet cover once a week

It's a good while to the next time I wash again..I just don't put the same one back on

I did mine last Saturday and then midweek because it was so darned hot that one day, this morning for the boys staying and tomorrow to get rid of the popcorn that's gonna attack me bits
