It's just momentary * breakthroughs * Dame .....not sure why it happens , but it's lovely , and sad all at the same time ....you get a little glimpse of the real person 
just a shame the breakthrough couldn't have been a nicer moment it's bothered me all day, that his brain functioned properly for that few seconds to remind him of what he's suffering.

How is he doing physically ? Is he still eating ok ?
he's fine with eating Baz and physically he's fine...in fact he seems to have gained weight and he's never been overweight...but he does have a tummy bulge lately In fact I mentioned that to him today, he said he doesn't know if he's gained weight
