4.30 the morning before for me...toddled to put the kettle on and glanced at the kitchen clock...I toddled back again for a couple of hours

I don't sleep well either in Summer.

evening Kimota

I'm actually sleeping quite well, but waking at silly o'clock and feel as if I have had 12 hours when in fact I've maybe had 4  Hope you're well

Funnily enough that's how I am at the moment ....go into a really deep sleep ...wake up and think I've been asleep for hours ....

I'm liking it though...I don't mind getting up at 5  or 6...it means I am getting my head down much earlier than normal and not clock watching all night

I keep waking up about 4 hours after I fall asleep ...but with that lovely snugly feeling , so I just nod off again

it's great innit...after years and years of not sleeping, these last three months have been bliss. I'm actually getting five or six hours sleep most nights...I used to be lucky to get 5 minutes

Hi Kimota All ready for another thrilling hour How are you ?

Good thanks Baz. Hope you're likewise. I am not looking forward to one of the rumoured 'legendary' housemates returning this week.

Glad to hear it Dame I wake up about 5am, have a drink, go to the toilet and then back to sleep for an hour. I then doze for about 50 minutes before I have to get up.

I fall asleep to Radio 5. It's on all night but come and go, in and out of sleep
