Well I was well in front Electric DD down by ÂĢ10 ....plus the rebate ....and could have put the gas down by ÂĢ2 , but decided to leave it ....

Went to Morrisons for  bit of shopping and washed the towels....which reminds me, I've got most airing off on the horse and still one left outside. I need to go and close things up

good idea, I always pay the same or up it depending on the winter...I may pay extra over the summer if I'm behind to mount it up fro winter 

I'm sure regulating it by the thermostat is cheaper ....at least it seems to work for me

I actually persuaded a friend to try it after Christmas...she was amazed how much it made a difference. She phoned me the other day, especially to tell me how her bills had dropped...I was like *I told you so two years ago

I have too Baz...although I had to watch my mother with the thermostat, she just never got it 

Yes, I got caught out during that cold winter last year , or year before ....but this time I just kept it between 20 -22 degrees ....

my friend said her house was lovely and warm and the bills cheaper....I was like it doesn't take a rocket scientist to work out you are actually saving energy being warmer
