My neighbours go to bed every night about 9pm (I can see their dining room light on when I pass my front door to go upstairs)

I used to go to bed at 10 or 10.30 when I was working , and used to sleep through til about 6.30 ......those were the days !
I do think sleep is an ageless thing and very individual - never needed much sleep
