I've hardly drank over the last couple of months.....unless I've had days out, if I have nothing on I haven't been drinking. Up until the last couple of years I only ever drank on a Saturday night, I intend to do that again when I finish dieting

honestly, I am sure one G&T wouldn't harm.. A friend of mine lost 4 stone and drank Voddie Saturday and Sunday nights all the time she dieted 

Yes, but these pills not only increase appetite , but also make it harder to lose ......I've been on about 1000 for ages now , and in the last couple of weeks I've not lost anything

hobble in the other direction  Actually, when I move about a lot or run they daon't ache...if I out pressure on them or stairs, I'm in agony

Me neither, its more of a hobble at a brisk pace, than a run
