Last time I was at the jobcentre a couple of weeks ago I was told I needn't come in again and they would call me for a telephone interview for which they gave me a date...Wednesday.

They called and said I'd missed my signing appt last Friday.....and asked why. I said I'm still new to this out of work thing and misunderstood and thought it would be done automatically like it was when I was on that course. She said no and I would have to get myself down there as quick as I could. I went Wednesday afternoon and had to explain everything to be told it wouldn't affect this signing but would go to a decision maker and I may be sanctioned!

I was then given another appt for another phone interview today....advisor phones and says she doesn't know why this has been done but as it had popped up on her screen she had to go through with it. I told her that I'd already explained this to the other person I saw that I'd spoken to my advisor that morning

I swear if those people had half a brain between them they'd be dangerous!!
