trying to keep off the booze until next Saturday Baz, I've really stuck into the diet this last two weeks and had no drink at all  I just didn't want to break off for one night, so declined 

Well done I am at about a stone and half loss now ..... 

Brilliant Baz   so far I'm in the zone, I just want to stay there 

tbh, if it wasn't for letting Dolly down I would have reneged on next Saturday  

I think the good weather helps ......I need to lose at least another half stone ....or more if I can
