Apparently there are drainage holes in the bottom of it which had become blocked, I left him to it while I went downstairs to finish the dishes but by what I can gather he 'unplugged' the holes allowing the rain water to flow away again. He only wanted a tenner so I gave him fifteen. He wasn't gonna take it but I pursuaded him to
