my summer duvet is a sheet 

 

I don't think I've ever had my summer duvet off last year/this year and it's still to warm when I wake up in the morning and am tossing and turning  

 

I don't have a summer one..I have a 13 tog one for winter...summer I roll the duvet to the bottom of the bed and use a top sheet...I need to feel something on my shoulders when I go to sleep. I waken up normally on top of it

yes love anything like that -in Seahouses we walked around the harbour - 2-3 times a day and found something different every time - + boats in and out going to the Islands to see Puffins etc

Actually, I laugh at my niece (Joanne) sometimes. She'll take Maisie all over the place, like mini farms and such like but she hates playing board games and the like with her

 and I know what you mean- I use my DG sometimes but TBh not hot very often

We've got the same sort of thing, riverside appartments. There was rumours that they had rats too at one time, but it sort of was glossed over and as far as I know everything's ok now

 and the three bedroom were much smaller than mine, which was four and much bigger..but just so near the dock too
