That's what they're saying on this prog Bazzy, Although it's low fat, it may not be low sugar

I have butter on my crackers or ryvita, but only a wipe on and off...I don't eat any other fats, or sugars..it's my one luxury. If you were on slimmers world or weightwatchers, you would be allowed sins, so butter is my one sin

I know ...but I use calorie counting ....and that's basically the same

you have to check the sugars in the carbs..a rough guide it must be under six grams to lose weight  the lower the better

It has to do with 'refinement' what they strip out of the household sugar before it gets to you in the shops
