It's been suggested (by what I hear on the radio) It no longer is a free health service (if it ever was)

They're all in it together

That's why I shall be voting for UKIP/anarchy

Evening all

Of course they're all in it together.

UKIP scare me though

Everyone to their own but no way I'll be voting for them. Also reading the local paper, it's amazing the amount of people on the letters page that say they are going to vote UKIP

I agree with you Baz, no one thought this would happen, and that's why the whole thing needs looking at

I agree When it started they used to get free prescriptions , glasses etc .but they had to rethink it in the 1950s .....they need to rethink it again I reckon

Elaine Pattinson Was Winter Still waiting for the bloody ambulance. Don't know why we couldn't drive him up. Or gone to the hospital 2 mins up road for an assessment then if needs be a transfer to Carlisle. They said its on its way & if he gets worse ring 999

Diabolical!  I'd be kicking up a fuss when this dies down and he's had the treatment he deserves

it's madness, she's bloody 2 miles from a a major hospital...we only have two and she could walk to hers  Why would she call 999, it would be quicker to drive him to A&E just down the road

I think contact (in whatever way) with her councillor is needed

Hold up everyone. It's not as good as I/We first thought

It was the recruitment company weedling out the wheat from the chaff again and down right patronising!

I've worked all in for 35 years, my CV's fine (It was done by professionals - the two tutors I worked with, they did it for a living) Recruitment company wanted me to go on a workshop next week for a week....to learn how to do CV's and jobsearch   Basically we parted company as I wasn't prepared to commit to the full week next week anyway as I already have an appt on one day, and that's besides the amount of travel money needed. ÂĢ4.60 a day

The only thing I need a bit of help with is interview techniques as I haven't had all that many interviews, given my working career I haven't needed them. Even JCP says I don't need any training and if I did the only thing she could put me on would be call centre

While my phone was off though I got a call and responded back, it was my old employer Morrisons. I sent a CV off ad hoc and they said they've got it and would I fill in a application form and they'll leave it at Customer Services for me. I've been down to get it and copy it to draft my replies on to before I fill the proper one in, but haven't looked at it yet.
