Ah right, I just get the feeling from watching 'progs' that some parents don't know how to move on. I know what I'm trying to say here but can't put it in to words    Generations?

same here dammee - especially at christmas - must admit with working I don't cook much but that's me -some in work love cooking and they do this

this is now and cash shortage, good wholesome meals for little pennies.. you have to get into the swing and do it Pam, mirco-wave meals are full of rubbish and tend to make you gain weight anyway

I always use the Christmas carcass Ros, we buy a free range capon and it was 12lbs in weight this year. I left Dolly some, made curry and a lovely chicken soup with the carcass

sweet potato chips done in the oven,,,,,,,,,very little cals  veg dinner, chicken and chips, then  left over veg put aside and kept until you boil the carcass  I reckon four meals  Chicken is very filling too, one of the best things to eat whilst dieting 

Bloody hell woman! How good is that for saving your pennies!
