Not a lot Baz, I'm dieting and off booze..I am going to be bored out of my head tomorrow night..I will miss my wine 

I'm dieting too ....I look like a real lump ....i've put on loads since I went on the pills  

one lump or two....it will be two then  I've stuck in all week, I'm determined  I hate being overweight 

I'm having real trouble , cos  one of the main  side effects of the tablets is an increased appetite .....so it's doubly hard  

It's the cigarettes with me, I used to could drink and never put weight on because I controlled it all week..now if I drink I snack instead of having a cigarette 

I over indulged at Xmas and it's been downhill ever since

I had three weeks head start on you..my birthday lasted two months 

Lol I kept trying to tell myself my jeans had shrunk , but I have finally given in ,

it's a pain innit 

Not 'arf ! Then I think FGS , I'm nearly 70 , so what does it matter ....who's going to care !

I get bored ..I can do it through the week...come weekends I need a glass of wine..and yes, the weeks flew in Ros
