Hi Velvet CBB has been pretty good. I have found it quite compelling viewing, which is unusual as I rarely like CBB that much.

Another cold start to the day tomorrow, but it should warm up in the afternoon.

Good thanks.  I finally worked up the enthusiasm to change a gear cable on my bike (messy and fiddly)had a good gym session in the morning and a nice rest this evening.

It's not bad here either ....but snow and minus temps coming in a couple of days
