MAN IN BONDAGE GEAR SPOTTED WHIPPING MAN WEARING DRESS

A Cumbrian man dressed in bondage gear has admitted taking part in a sex act on the side of a country road.

Dumfries Sheriff Court heard how a couple with their young child were upset and alarmed after seeing two men near Waterbeck.

They saw 51-year-old David Wallace wearing a studded leather bondage collar, whipping the bottom of another man who was wearing a dress and a blonde wig.

On being seen, the two men got into a car and drove quickly away. The mother had to jump out of the way to avoid being struck by the car.

Wallace, of Loweswater Avenue, Workington, admitted conducting himself in a disorderly manner with the unknown other man in October, by engaging in an act of sadomasochism.

He also admitted driving carelessly and was fined a total of ÂĢ400

Hi Kimota How was your day ?

Good thanks, although it was a hectic start. The tube I was on stopped just short of the platform to let another train out, which meant that the train I hoped to catch rolled in ahead of us on another platform. I did the mad sprint up the stairs and down the stairs and caught the train. A young lad who also made a run for it said, " At least it's a bit of cardio." My reply was " At my age it's more likely to be cardiac arrest"
