When it didn't come through during half term hols I called and they said they'd sort it. The problem is that my contact there is a bit of an arse. He is only concerned about his commission and did nothing until he end of last week, when he got someone else to contact me and ask me to re-submit timesheet, as the other ones hadn't come through. My usual contact has been ill last week and no-one else seemed to be able to help, so I have to wait yet another week. I'm not doing any more work for that agency until they sort it out!

My main agency is very good, as is one of my new ones. If an error is made they sort it quick. The agency in question is the first one that I worked regularly for, but don't do much for them nowadays as they have peed me off in the past.
