I remember making mint sauce all the time...my gran used to, I don;t have mint in my garden here  daughter does and I swipe hers...she also uses loads of wild garlic...I've refrained from trying her mushrooms

Haha! We went for a walk this afternoon and cut through a very twee housing estate. Every front lawn was neatly mowed in stripes, except one, which was covered in different sorts of mushrooms. I wanted to live in that house!

if I knew the difference I would pick them...my dad used to drag us out of bed at silly o'clock to pick them, even my children would be tramping the fields at 5 in the morning before he had his accident...my daughter takes after him, she knows what's ok and what is not...she also knows the magic ones

I've tried Peaky Blinders and it's not grabbing me Rexi ...I'm going to sit down to watch the Great Fire tomorrow after I've had coffee with my cousin
